  • Introduction & Background

Fw-190 Fighter (English: Fw-190 Fighter, nickname: Würger, translation: Mouse, commonly known as: Focke-Wulf Fw-190), is a German single-seat, single-engine, straight, single-wing, all-metal piston during World War II fighter, one of the best fighters in the middle and late stages of World War II.

As a multi-purpose fighter, the Fw-190 fighter has excellent performance and excellent high-speed maneuverability, which makes it not inferior to the Spitfire IX in combat, and is even comparable to the later Spitfire XVI. With good vision, he can often use the broken S to maneuver to the blind spot of the enemy's vision and then pull the lever to give the enemy a fatal attack.

The Fw-190 fighter jet was designed by the German Dr. Kurt Tank in the late 1930s and built by the Focke-Wulf Aircraft Factory in Bremen. It first flew on June 1, 1939 and was first flown in August 1941. It was put into combat for the first time in May, with a total production of about 20,000 aircraft.
